Sales Representative – New Business Development (Existing Products)

The Role

As our Sales Representative, your mission is clear: open new doors and grow our customer base by introducing Teqplay’s existing solutions to new prospects. You’ll identify leads, understand client challenges, and match them with our tools that deliver real value.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive New Business: Identify and pursue new commercial opportunities across ports, terminals, and maritime operators.
  • Engage Prospects: Build connections through outreach, meetings, and industry events—positioning Teqplay as a trusted partner.
  • Present & Pitch: Run tailored product demos and craft proposals that show how our solutions solve real operational problems.
  • Own the Sales Cycle: Manage the full sales process—from first contact to closing—working closely with marketing and product teams.
  • Expand Our Reach: Work strategically to enter new regions, sectors, or customer segments within maritime logistics.

What You Bring

  • A proven track record in sales or business development, ideally in tech, logistics, or maritime.
  • Strong communication skills and a natural ability to build trust with new contacts.
  • A self-starting, goal-oriented mindset—you enjoy chasing opportunities and closing deals.
  • Experience in the maritime industry or port logistics is a plus, but not required.
  • 3+ years in a customer acquisition or outbound sales role.
