Last week it was time for the “play” in Teqplay: we participated in a hackathon organised with clients and other IT-companies. All participants selected their favorite challenge and this resulted in four nicely mixed teams. The overall theme of the challenges was digitization in the maritime world.
At the end of the day four interesting concepts and prototypes were presented at the pitch event. The pitches were done on a boat while sailing through in the Port of Rotterdam. The judges stressed the potential of all concepts and prototypes presented and chose the team with a valuable and “easy to start now”-solution as winner!
Teqplay loves hackathons that challenge to create the next level out-of-the-box solutions. It again was another great hackathon we participated in!
