Having a vision is one. Making it happen and creating new reality with worldwide impact is another story. We joined the PIER71 Smart Port Challenge 2019 as a first step in introducing Teqplay and our solutions in Singapore. And what an incredible journey it has been!
After being in Singapore for three weeks in September, this week the founders of Teqplay, Léon Gommans and Richard van Klaveren, are back. The past weeks the team worked hard to ensure Léon and Richard could show the impact of Teqplay’s innovative solutions in Singapore. In a 3-minute pitch Léon shared the Teqplay vision, followed by a Q&A session by the jury consisting of Kenneth Lim, Yeow Meng Chee and Michael Yap.
We can’t wait to continue our journey and contribute to the future global hub ambition of Singapore and reaching the next level in digitization of the maritime supply chain.
Congratulations to Dravam and KoiReader for winning the 1st and 2nd place. Special thanks for their valuable input to SC Cheong, Mark Lim, Chris Lo, Ping Ng, Melinda Chan and Desmond Tay.
We also like to thank PIER71, Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore, NUS Enterprise and all challengers for this amazing opportunity! We thank all other participants of the program for the sharing and feedback.
